Blow the Fuse continues their 30th anniversary 'Resistance' series with Deirdre Cartwright Jan’s Bar Revisited Trio, featuring Diane McLoughlin on saxophone.
For many years Deirdre led this trio in some fantastic evenings at Jan’s Bar on Stoke Newington Common, until the venue closed. Blending modern takes on classic jazz tunes with funk, Latin, dub and original compositions by the band members, we feature the original Jan’s Bar trio with special guest Diane McLoughlin who was a regular guest at the gig.
